Dear Administrator.There are some serious problems with your new sign in page. The request for info is sexist to start with. My gender should not be a mandatory field. Neither should post code or city. For legal reasons should also provide a disclaimer that the info will not be used for any other purpose than for statistics. You should also provide info as to how the material can be accessed as per freedom of info act that is used in a majority of countries.
As an administrator your profile should be public.

Oh Snap, so your like the dude from the Matrix, the architect. hahaha, just trying to lighten the mood. I've been on this board for over two years now and I can say truthfully, it has runned quite efficently. There hasnt been a day when it was down (knock on wood) and problem people have been removed swiftly, thanks to our mods. Now on the other hand, I dont know if this is an area to state displeasures but I do have so some suggestions if any are accepted.

1-have rankings for number of post
rookie, vet, pro, superstar

2-instant messaging between members, so that conflict if any can be resolved between the two members or a third party without going to personal email or flooding the boards with anger.

3-upgrade appearance, after we won the championship the home page for heat.com recieved a much needed long awaited facelift, I was expecting the same for the boards but all we recieved was "we are champs" banner across the top. I know you can't change the platform from groupee powered by eve but it can atleast mimic others platforms such as Vbulletin and others.

I will have more suggestion as the day proceeds.

They don' t answer suggestions I already tried email them at contact us at the bottom of the page

I've listened to you and I've implemented the ranking system. It works as following:

0-249 Posts= Rookie
250-499= Starting Five
500-999 Savvy Veteran
1000-1999= Star
2000-2999= Bonafide Superstar
3000-4999= Coach
5000+ Legend

There are currently only 10 coaches and 2 legends.

Points based on number of posts. These in turn determine your ranking which goes under your member name.

i kind of agree with oceand. i'm not really sure why the postal code is needed. i'm ok with the gender and the city but the postal code goes a little too far. and for some reason the number of my post has reduced too. it was 200+ before and now its down to the 100's?

I'll check into why your posts were deleted.
