Well at least he has us seeded in the playoffs, other writers have us written off which obviously they dont kno crap about bball and just looked at our record. But If we can sign or trade for a decent center then I think we can be 5 or 6 in the East, anything to stay away from Boston in the 1st round. |

Well at least a reliable source believes in the Heat. Fox sports didn't know what the hell they were talking about, the same goes for about any article they write.

Totally, I agree... I like our chances of making the playoffs, but we go as far as center, anyone defensive minded that can take playing time away from blount, heck if he gave me his seven foot status i would sign for cheap and grap rebounds and block, lol... What is in store for our future opponets, go heat!!! |

Ahahaha! Another NBA upset in the making! They think the Heat are scared of the Celtics. Heck yes I'll take 8th seed and we are not the ones who will feel the pressure.I have faith in Wade, Marion,Beasley,Jones,Chalmers,Cook,Quinn,UD,Banks, and Wright. The Heat players have more experience than those of the ?Hawks and with Posey gone to New Orleans, the Celtics are now thinner on the clutch player division. Cleveland should be second seed I guess..

I may love the Heat but I'm not so sure that they can beat the Celtics anything is possible but doubtful. They might not even make the playoffs this year! But than again who cares we are amking the right strides to get back on top!

Rookie coach? Erik Spoelstra for your info, has been in the basketball field for a long time amigo.Pat Riley won his first title in his first season as a head coach back in 1981 but Erik Spoelstra has more experience being on the bench as an assistant than Riley. Yeah, yeah I know you guys will say , but Riley had Magic and Kareem blah blah blah. Look for your choices, pick the best one, then go with it. - Pat Riley |

Really? Well good for you because I don't have faith in any of those cats but Wade and Haslem yet. You have faith in Chalmers and cook? Really? |

You guys are ridiculous.....
First off, don't get mad at "this guy" because you feel the heat have been slighted. "The guy" who made these predictions is actually 25 people. Secondly, how could you disagree with our ranking? We will not be able to stop teams from scoring at will, and it will lead to a lot of losses. Personally, I think the fact that they have us even in the playoffs is a little generous. Finally, its the sixers on here who is being underestimated, once again. 47 wins? Really? And over 40% of the people think that's too high? Are you kidding me? They are going to be a top 3 defensive team and have one of the absolute best low post scorers, one of the absolute best pure pgs, and one of the top young stars (who will be more comfortable playing off of Brand). That team is guaranteed to win atleast 50 games this season, barring a big injury or 2. They did already go 21-8 from february to mid april last season. Now they have the same team with the addition of one of the best players in the league, and you're going to tell me that they are only going to improve 7 games from team that really started off slow (18-30) last year? If you can't take the HEAT, get out of the kitchen. |

I actually expected you to be the first person to disagree but you weren't here earlier since I knew your inputs are to always to challenge someone else which is good to keep the ship from floating than sinking if we all ride the same boat.My faith on Marion is based on his years playing in the league and playoff games with the Suns even though they always hit a road block.Beasley was born to score so he'll do that and that's why he is second overall pick.Jones also too have league experience.Chalmers hit that crucial shot in the NCAA Finals even if it was only college game range, it was still a nerve testing shot.Cook will prove himself this year because of the insults Riley did to him by shipping him to the lower D-League last season. The guy can obviously shoot when given the chance to play and he'll show that cause this is his bread and butter.Quinn is steady. The last three are so,so. Look for your choices, pick the best one, then go with it. - Pat Riley |

I'm not disagreeing with you to disagree with you. I'm disagreeing with you because I honestly disagree. I have faith in Wade obviously. Haslems no star but I know what I'm going to get from him in big moments. I don't have faith in a second round pick rookie point guard. Everyone here likes to drool over the Kansas shot and pretend it makes Chalmers clutch and ignore the fact that in previous years Kansas has put up some of the most embarassing tournament performances ever. What nerve did it take? He had to shoot it. I expect Beasley to be good but I can't say I have "faith" in someone whose what? 19? My lack of faith in Marion is based on his years in the league with the suns failing in every big moment possible. Fourth quarter. Game 5. '07 WC semis. Where was Marion? He's a great player but in a big situation I don't trust him at all. Jones? Who? You think us having a prayer at beating the Celtics has anything to do wit Jones and Chris freaking Quinn? Dorell Write? I like these guys but come on man! They're bench players! If Quinn, Write, Banks and Marion were good enough to help Wade take down the Celtics you'd think they would of atleast supported him enough to let him take them to the playoffs! Cook? He went to the dlague for a reason. That's all I'm saying. You claim he will get better because now he has a chip on his shoulder but I don't know if Cook is that mentally strong. (not that I'm saying hes not I'm just saying how can we asume he is) |
