Trade Blount and Banks for Hinrich and Aaron Gray.

Then pick up DJ Mebenga for muscles, and we're all set.

Others possibilities are Hinrich and Noah if the Bulls are willing to do that. Or Hinrich and Thabo Sefolosha/Cedric Simmons if the Bulls don’t want to give up their bigmen.

There is no need to push for a double-double center when there is no one on the market. Most centres available both to trade or singing won't do more for us then Mbenga, Anthony and Haslem.

We get one young and one hardworking center for Blount which I know all guys on this forum want to get rid of. Then we get Hinrich which despite last year is still going to be one of the best points years to come. Even though Chalmers and Quinn are going to be great players to having them backing up Kirk will give the bench a great dept mot only on the forward spots but on the guard spots too.

The bulls get a back up for rose and a veteran bigman.

Smiler

As i look att the roster, I wonder, where are all my none jumping, three point shooting, white brothers? Affirmative actions anyone?

Chicago counters your idea and offer:

Larry Hughes
Kirk Hinrich
Aaron Gray

for

Shawn Marion
Michael Beasley

Makes as much sense to us as your offer does to the Bulls.

I like the DJ Mbenga part though Wink

love the euthesiasm kid but this wont happen the bulls are looking to get rid of gordon not hinrich blount is horrible nobody will take him and his bloated contract and banks is decent but his contract aint great neither would love to pick up mbenga though chicago would not give up noah and blount aint that hardworking if he was he would work hard to be the defenseve minded center that we want and he would average at least 7reb.per game

Lol at CAuZeNEffeCKt, and this idea will never work. They won't take that, and I don't want Hinrich... Disagree

The title was a good peoples attracter though! Name every thread that if you want publicity. J/K, do not, or risk having who knows what said to you.

I would lie if a said I did'nt think of it before I wrote the title. Wink

The trade idea it self was just a sugesstion much basead on that I like Kirk as a basketball player and a point guard and my will to ship of blount. I can se why it would'nt work. I stand corrected.

I do still think that there is no need to push for a double-double center when there is no one on the marke and that most centres available both to trade or singing won't do more for us then Mbenga, Anthony and Haslem.

Which you can read a litle bit more about in my other thread. It doesnt have something about getting rid of Blount in the title though. Wink

I agree with the need not being there for a double-double center, but we don't need a no stats guy either. MBenga is not bad idea, and Haslem is aPF, not a Center, thats why we are looking for a C in the first place. I would do Blount for a C, but not Hinrich(a PG), and quite frankly, I dislike Hinrichs attitude, work ethic, and his basketball play. He's a decent PG, but I just don't like him or want him here.

What I meen is that we dont need to puch a trade for a dubble dubble center beause we have to give up more then we get to get it. We just need someone big who help joel and haslem bang with the good 7 footers in this league.

I know haslem is a PF, what I mean is with Mbenga and joel on C whith help from Haslem at PF and Marion to we would not be run over by teams with good bigmen.

Well Iam not sure he would take up capspace but if he does I still would send him to the d-league for him to develop his game a bit more.

forget that man lets send him to Magic Johnson's training camp or something Blount would still get beat in the d-league and he dont stand an ice cubes chance in hell of playing against howard, shaq, chandelor, diop, camby, rasheed, ilgalskas, duncan,kg,perkins, bynum, gasol, brand, dalembert, yao, or kaman and that isnt even half of the list lol
