There I voted Razzer, and yea u could make the arguement that AI has the best handles but I was looking more at the new generation except 4 Nash, he passes no one can compare yet, CP3 is on his way but no where near as spectacular, thats y i had to keep him there. DWill's handles impress me cuz he's bulky, he looks more like a short linebacker than a point guard but dude is lighting quick and can really handle the rock, thats y he got my vote.

Great response! Can I have Ray Allen as the Best shooter; and CPIII as the Best Handles [can get anywhere on the court, creating & completing plays. D.Wills at times lets the show get in the way of the game].

Ray Allen was the 1st to come to mind but his playoff with the Celts now got me lookin at him different, he choked real bad in the early series. And CP3 got handles but I havent seen anything special from him yet, then again I dont watch him play much unless the Heat are playin them or he comes out on SC.

If we hold some rocky games in the playoff against Ray Allen, then Peja's whole playoff career with the Kings AND Hornets would eliminate him. Consider giving CPIII another look based on how he powered the Hornets throughout the whole 2007/8 season. The little guy is special and his control of the rock is what makes a lot of his game [and the Hornets] possible.

Tooshay! Yea but I always saw Ray Allen as a guy that can do it all not just shoot, he can drive and finish, Peja i ONLY saw as a pure shooter but yea Allen can be considered the best. I kno CP3 is amazing, ive seen him take over the game and just be phenominal, but handles wise like crossovers and breaking ankles ive really never seen him do anything special like that.

Yeah CP3 isn't on Nash pass status yet and you're right Deron's a linebacker... Chill

For me, the best in the NBA is a toughie. So many factors come into mind in determing who is the best in the NBA. Are we looking at the most talented, or the best player overall (Championship rings, playoff play, etc.)?

I honestly think that LeBron is more talented that Dwyane, but Wade has won a championship while LeBron hasn't. Who is the better player?

And because there are 5 positions in basketball, it is hard to pinpoint who is the ONE best player in the NBA. The Centre position is so much more different to the Point Guard position, so how do you decide who's the best player?

For me its between Kobe, Wade, Paul, LeBron, Garnett and Duncan (Even though the last two may be on the decline).

No, can u post the vid?[/QUOTE]Heavens no. In fact it never happened. I don't want to promote material of Duncan getting soned- I was just merely pointing out that if you've seen a Paul ball fake your perspective might be changed.

That vid is somewhere on YouTube. Just looking at some random video on YouTube and came across a series of ballhandlers schooling MJ with their crossovers. AI's move was shown from two different angles, but it was AI so I could understand why MJ ankles separated from his body, BUT Grant Hill [Piston days] making MJ look silly was surprising. Lesson, anyone seriously trying to guard a talented offense player will occasionally guess wrong and look funny on defense.
