You are often very rational with your comments. But, I'm sorry, even if LeBron speaks out of place or isn't the greatest shooter, the idea of cutting him is simply ridiculous.

To me the leader has got to be jason kidd.. i mean he is undefeated in international games and have a gold metal.. 2nd would be kobe..

He's just trying to put too much responsibility on his shoulders. It wasn't the smartest thing to say, however, everyone knits picks at everything LBJ says and does. If it was so controversal someone on Team USA would have responded. No one has, it isn't a big deal. Also, is it me or do certain posters here can't wait to post negative things about Melo, Kobe, or particularily LeBron? I've been posting on here for a while, before you guys won the ring. I've never trolled or disrespected anyone on your team. You guys have been upset at the lack of respect you guys recieved during your journey leading up to your title run. You guys have talked about being humble toward other teams and how humble your players are. However, the 1st chance someone gets to post something about "LeChoke" or "LeBronze" it gets the most thread views and the most responses, most of them being negative. Well I can't take it anymore. Where's the humility? Where's the respect?

Oh yea Melo, Wade, Bron, and Kobe are great friends. They say they're best friends. There is no rivalry between any of these guys, yet one is always trying to be started. So the comparison threads are unnecessary also.

I agree that he needs to grow up media wise. Its just that looking from the outside as a fan of another team, some things just seem like blatant hate. Thanx for the response, the explanation, and the words of wisedom TIFFY.

The fact that LeBron was soo hyped up, and the fact that he has not lived up to the hype is why he's criticised soo much. You make it sound like Wade does'nt get it to, the wheel chair thing, the favorable calls, and one of the biggest floppers in the league thing. LeBron by his actions and comments don't help his case either. I agree with everyone who stated he should just shut his mouth and play ball.

I know a lot of fans joke about this, but I often wonder why he does it. Is it just a bad habbit or is he nervous or over-anixous. Might explain why he often fails to deliver in clutch situations.

man, grow a pair of balls. Lebron's a big boy, he can handle the criticism. Superstars are always subject to criticism. Lebron's doesn't even take 1/10 of the heat Kobe gets. Most of the things said about Lebron on this forum is true, most of the posters are pointing out specific parts of his game that needs major work, i see nothing wrong with that.

this is true.. wade gets hassled by people who think wade's career is what it is now because of the refs.. but they dont know wade has been like that from college to his rookie year to now.. thats why he post double digits free throws a game..

and about lebron.. he just needs to stop making dumb comments and bashing his teammates .. for example when he said " now that ive been playing with jason kidd its gonna be so hard to go back to cleveland and play with the point guards we have" .. what type of ish is that? and to me.. lebron is all but hype till now.. from his rookie season where he didnt make the playoffs and still won rookie of year.. and wade coming out of injury and made the playoffs and made a game-winning shot in his first playoff series.. so to me.. wade is gotten the calls he deserved back when he started.. so its all but fair.. lebron still got to prove himself and by saying statements like that only set him back..

Kobe gets this ten times worse. Except everything Kobe does gets a negative spin put to it. You think the media wouldn't roast Kobe's butt if he made a commment like " Im the #1 leader on this team". You wouldnt hear the end of it from bspn analysts. I can already picture it in my head, Wilbon and Legler saying how arrogant and selfish kobe is for making such a statement.
When Lebron does or say something that doesnt fall in line with the whole " Lebron is such a humble superstar bs" the media usually ignores it. Did you hear any mention of this on any media outlets. Its the grassroot fans who are criticizing Lebron, you cant stop that.
